1. Carry out research and development of cutting-edge materials in the industry, and carry out special 

research and development for customers;

2. Familiar with relevant building material testing standards, and be able to propose improved 

suggestions and ideas for testing methods;

3. Solve the material problems in the project and propose a feasible plan;

Job Requirements

1. 985, 211 college doctoral graduates, with overseas study background preferred;

2. Have certain R&D experience, good management, communication skills and written expression skills;

3. professional requirements: inorganic non-metallic materials, chemical building materials, polymer 

materials, metal materials and other related majors are preferred;
